Visitation Room

We are so excited to offer our pet owners our new service with the opening of our “Visitation Room”. We have created a seperate space where pet owners can visit their pets in hospital/ wait for procedures to be performed or even wait with their pets while sedation or premed takes effect, have the surgery/ procedures performed and then wait with their pets during the final stages of recovery before being discharged. This can benefit those pet owners whose fur-babies are super stressed staying at the vet.

We have set-up the room as an area away from the waiting area and consult rooms so that privacy can be achieved. Relax on our comfy couch while you wait, or help yourselves to a range of Nespresso coffees. We have even set-up a television for longer waits/ visits to pass the time quickly.

As far as we are aware, we are the only veterinary facility in WA to provide something like this for patients and their owners. We hope that if you are wanting to spend some time with your fur-baby whilst in hospital or even if you do not want to just drop and leave when your pet is having a procedure or surgery – then you will make use of our new visitation room. All you need to do is let reception know that you would like to utilise this at the time any booking appointment is made for surgery.
